Yes, you can sign up to our email newsletter by visiting the bottom of our homepage. You will need to enter a valid email address and then click Subscribe. By signing up you will receive our latest offers and news.

You can unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe option on one of the email newsletters you receive from us. Please note if you have subscribed to different campaigns you will need to email us on info@insynergy-labs.com and we will unsubscribe you from all email marketing. Once completed, you will not receive any further email correspondence from us in future.

All orders will are prepared or dispatched within 24 hours by our warehouse teams (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays dispatched within 24 hours after the next working day). If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact our customer care team on info@insynergy-labs.com immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is dispatched. If you have placed an order in error and we cannot stop it being dispatched, we will of course arrange a free-return and refund for any unwanted product(s).

Our warehouse is operating as normal but deliveries may in certain scenarios experience delays of 2-3 days due to delivery not us. Overseas orders may experience longer delays. Your order will have been dispatched up to 48hrs after you placed your order and we would ask that you wait 2-3 days for the order to arrive. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is still not received within in this time frame please contact us at info@insynergy-labs.com and we will check the tracking numbers, if the order has not been delivered we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee exactly when the item will be back in stock, but we do everything we can to replenish our stock as quickly as possible. Please contact us at info@insynergy-labs.com if you have a question on a particular product.

We offer a variety of online payment methods that you can use to purchase your great quality vitamins and supplements. We accept the following: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Maestro and apple pay and shop pay.  When you go through to the checkout screen, you’ll be able to choose your chosen payment method.

To create a subscription order, please click the 'subscribe and save' option when placing an order. Continue to checkout, enter your billing and shipping information and place the order as you would normally.You will receive an order confirmation email, a recurring order purchase confirmation email and an Account Activation email. Please open the Account Activation email and click on 'Activate Account'. You can then create a password and have access to your order history.

To manage your subscriptions, please go to the email named 'Your recurring order purchase confirmation from and click the 'Manage Subscription' link. You can then add new products to your subscription, edit quantities, next charge date, order frequency, shipping details or billing information. You can also cancel subscriptions using this service.

If an order has been created linked to a subscription and you wish to cancel, please contact info@insynergy-labs.com  with the order number, email address used to create the subscription and plenty of notice as orders are packed and dispatched quickly. The team will then cancel and refund your order for you. Orders created during weekends may be dispatched before the Customer Service team are available to deal with your cancellation request.

Insynergy Labs is a British company and we ensure all of our Vitamins & Supplements are manufactured in the UK to GMP Standards.

Good manufacturing practice (GMP) is the minimum standard that a supplements manufacturer must meet in their production processes.
Products must:

  • Be of consistent high quality
  • Be appropriate to their intended use
  • Meet the requirements of the marketing authorisation (MA) or product specification.

Whilst we manufacturer our products in the U.K not all ingredients can be found here. Our Raw materials can be sourced in the UK and across the world, to strict pharmaceutical or food grade standards. We are continually updating our source of ingredients to find the best, highest quality grade ingredients from across the globe.

We have removed cartons across the majority of our products. The materials that we use for our bottles is fully recyclable. We are currently exploring the use of more eco-friendly bottles for future products to protect the ocean from plastic contamination.
